Gig at the Islington Academy!

Very exciting news! - especially for our London-based fans - on Thursday 13th December we're playing at the Islington Academy! Doors open at 7pm so you can pretty much come straight from work (via the pub, of course, as it's Thursday night). We're supporting this amazing band - Charlie Lankester & The Mojo Killers - see/hear at http://charlielankester.co.uk/ - latest review from Jamie Hailstone of Blues Magazine says "swampy grooves reminiscent of Tom Waits' and Dr John's early work...those long evenings full of love gone wrong, smoke-filled rooms and empty bottles have never sounded so good. "Charlie's a keyboard player with a long and distinguished pedigree, backed by a band of the same ilk, including guitarist Derek Mandel who played with George Harrison and Paul McCartney on the Hare Krishna records back in the 70's - so coming from the same groove as 3am.
